Here’s the Real Reason Why Actor Choi Woo Shik Has Amazing English Pronunciation
Actor Choi Woo Shik has recently been receiving praise and attention for his role in the acclaimed film, Parasite, and this has put another focus on Choi Woo Shik’s outstanding acting ability as well as his impressive English pronunciation, especially in the 2018 film, The Witch.
Choi Woo Shik showed off his charismatic acting ability in both films, but many viewers couldn’t get enough of his fluent English accent in The Witch, and the reason behind was not known to most until recently.
The reason why his English pronunciation is so good is that despite what is commonly assumed, his nationality is actually Canadian, not Korean.
He once revealed that he spent over 10 years of his youth in Canada and that while studying abroad, he one day decided he wanted to become an actor, which is what brought him back to Korea.
Prior to this information, Choi Woo Shik was simply commended and called sexy for his low voice and flawless English pronunciation, but after the reveal of his true nationality, things started to make a little more sense.
