BTS J-Hope’s 1st Entrance Into Billboard Hot 100 Chart Trends On Twitter
BTS’s J-Hope and Becky G’s “Chicken Noodle Soup” has set another record just a few weeks after its release.
On October 7 (local time), the song was seen at 81 on the Billboard Hot 10 chart. This makes J-Hope the third K-Pop solo artist to hit the Hot 100 chart after Psy and CL.
After news of his first entrance into the Top 100, Twitter began to trend #CNSonHOT00 and #ProudOfHobi to congratulate him on another accomplishment.
The trend of “free song” also became trending in Korea as “Chicken Noodle Soup” was released as a free song. Fans are proud that his hard work had paid off with this entrance onto the Billboard chart.
“Chicken Noodle Soup” also received much attention for ranking 1st on the Korea YouTube Weekly Music Video Chart.
The song topped the chart for the week of September 27 to October 3.
He also recently became the second Korean solo artist to enter the Top 100 for the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart.
