These Are IZ*ONE’s Most Popular Members According To Hi-Touch Sales
IZ*ONE is undoubtedly popular both internationally and in Korea, particularly in Japan. Having three Japanese members and coming from Produce 48, it is no wonder that they promote in Japan with traditional methods.
One such way is through high touch events in which fans line up according to their favorite member and give them high-fives, being able to chat with them for a few moments.
Based on the eight high touch events that were held, netizens have made a compilation of the number of fans who lined up for each member. There was an obvious pattern.
The ranks for who had the most fans were as follows:
1st high touch: Sakura, Minjoo > Chaewon > Yuri > Wonyoung > Yena, Yujin, Nako, Eunbi, Hyewon, Hitomi, Chaeyeon
2nd: Sakura, Minjoo > Chaewon > Chaewon > Yuri > Wonyoung > Yena > Nako > Yujin > Hyewon > Hitomi> Eunbi > Chaeyeon
3rd: Sakura, Minjoo > Chaewon > Chaewon > Yuri > Wonyoung > Yena > Nako > Yujin > Hyewon > Hitomi > Eunbi > Chaeyeon
4th: Sakura, Minjoo > Chaewon > Chaewon > Yuri, Wonyoung > Yena > Nako > Yujin > Hyewon > Hitomi > Eunbi > Chaeyeon

While Sakura’s popularity was expected coming from being one of the highest ranking in HKT48, many were pleasantly surprised by a few other member’s ranks.
