“New Journey To The West 7” Reportedly Delays Filming, Responds To Rumors About Ahn Jae Hyun
New Journey To The West is preparing for its 7th’s season, and reports claimed that the show has decided to delay its filming. Considering that one of their members, Ahn Jae Hyun, is currently in a divorce controversy with his wife, Goo Hye Sun, many speculated it was due to his situation.
An industry insider claimed that the program was preparing to air within the second half of this year but will be delayed. A representative from tvN revealed, “There is nothing confirmed about New Journey To The West 7’s filming, cast, or details.”
When asked about the recent demands for Ahn Jae Hyun’s removal from the show, they claimed, “We can’t confirm anything about the program at this time.”
Ahn Jae Hyun has been a member of the series since 2016, where he was beloved for an image of a doting husband who had an adorable-crazy side to his mature visuals.
