TWICE’s Mina Signed Herself up for Organ Donation in Both Japan and Korea
In recent days, a past post about TWICE‘s Mina‘s organ donation in both Japan and Korea was shared in an online community.
The post starts off by sharing, “Mina signed herself up for organ donation in Japan back in 2013, and it’s been 800 days since she signed up in Korea as well.”
The poster added, “She said she’s going to donate a portion of her organs in Korea if an unfortunate accident occurs while she’s working. If she passes away in Japan, she’ll donate her organs to Japan, and if she passes away in Korea, she’ll donate her organs to Korea.”
They then commended Mina and her dedication to both countries by explaining, “People might not think this is a big deal, but it is. The fact that she signed up in Korea proves how much love she has for TWICE and Korea. This could be her way of repaying her Korean fans for all the love she’s been given.”
The poster then wrapped up the post with words of praise by saying, “It mustn’t have been an easy decision for a young girl, so this is impressive. We should be shocked and thankful that she signed up to donate her organs not just in Japan but in Korea, too.”
It’s suspected that this post resurfaced due to TWICE’s Sana‘s recent controversy regarding a post she made about Japan’s Hesei era ending.
Sana received a lot of backlash from Korean netizens as a result, but it appears that other netizens are sharing other evidence to prove that the Japanese members of TWICE actually have a lot of love and devotion for Korea.
