This Billboard Of BTS’s Jungkook Is Making ARMY Laugh But Raise Their Eyebrows
Somewhere in China, fans spotted a billboard dedicated to BTS, which isn’t unusual since they’re used for special events.
This one was dedicated to Jungkook specifically, but it wasn’t the typical billboard. Something was very obviously different.
It seems someone arranged for water to come out of it, so it looked as if water was shooting out of Jungkook’s mouth.

ARMYs found the billboard hilarious even though no one knows how it got that way. And, they’re happy the water hadn’t been shooting out of somewhere else.
