Park Han Byul Submitted Handwritten Appeal During Her Husband’s Arrest Warrant Evaluation
On March 15, it was revealed that Park Han Byul had submitted a handwritten formal appeal for her husband, Yoo In Suk, during his arrest warrant evaluation.
In the appeal, Park Han Byul wrote that she gives her word as Yoo In Suk’s wife that he would faithfully comply with his investigations without detention in a 3-page long handwritten appeal.
My husband has no intention of avoiding the situation or running away. As the wife of a family, I give my word that (he) will faithfully complay with investigations without detention.

She also listed the fact that he has participated in over 10 investigations, as well as the fact that he was the father of a young child.
Meanwhile, 152 policemen investigated the Burning Sun case over a course of over 100 days and were expecting to close the case with Seungri‘s arrest. Seungri and Yoo In Suk’s arrest warrant, however, was dismissed on May 14 on basis of inconclusive evidence.
