Roy Kim, Eddy Kim, and Choi Jonghoon All Admit They Distributed Sexual Content In Jung Joon Young’s Chatrooms
Roy Kim, Eddy Kim, and former FTISLAND member Choi Jonghoon have all admitted that they have spread sexually lewd content in Jung Joon Young‘s chatrooms. Choi Jonghoon has also admitted to illegally filming hidden camera viedos.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated in their press conference that Choi Jonghoon’s case will be forwarded to prosecution with charges including violating the Act on Sexual Crime of Violence by filming hidden camera videos and the Information and Communication Network Act by posting sexually lewd material.
Roy Kim and Eddy Kim’s cases will also be forwarded to prosecution with the charge of violating the Information and Communication Network Act by posting sexually lewd material. Although they did not take the pictures themselves, they downloaded the photos from online and posted them in the group.
In addition, a former ARENA MD was part of the chatrooms and was charged with violating the Act on Sexual Crime of Violence by filming hidden camera videos and the Information and Communication Network Act by posting sexually lewd material.
The police have stated that they are still investigating Seungri, who has also been accused of filming illegal videos, but those accusations have not been proven yet.
