SHINee Minho’s Enlistment Date In Marine Corps Confirmed
On March 21, SM Entertainment announced that SHINee‘s Minho has been accepted to the Marine Corps and confirmed his enlistment date.
After applying to the Marine Corps in January, Minho received the final acceptance announcement from the Military Manpower Administration on the morning of March 21. As a result, he will be entering the Marine Corps training center in Pohang on April 15.
Minho is the third SHINee member to enlist in the military with Onew having enlisted in December 2018 and Key in February 2019.
Before enlisting in the Marine Corps, Minho is scheduled to release his first solo track “I’m Home” on March 28 and will also be holding his two anchor fan meetings “The Best CHOI’s MIN HO” at the Hwajeong Gymnasium at Korea University in Seoul.

While Minho will be serving his military duties, fans will still be able to see him on screen through the film Jangsari 9.15, which is expected to be released during the latter half of 2019.
