EXO’s Chen Is Now A YouTuber And His Videos Are Beautiful

Although it’s not uncommon for some K-Pop idols to open their own YouTube accounts to get even closer with fans and show off some other sides of themselves, EXO-Ls were definitely not prepared for the launch of Chen‘s channel, CHEN!

Chen may be only one of two EXO members who doesn’t have his own Instagram yet but now fans have their very own space to interact with him. On March 13, Chen’s channel opened and welcomed fans to his special new space.

“Hello, it’s Chen! I’m going to be uploading videos one by one. This will be a place for me to grow as a singer.”

Chen also came with a very special surprise for the launch and a White Day gift for fans, a heart-melting cover of Yang Da Il‘s “Confession”.

So far, the channel has already become a huge hit. In less than 24 hours, his channel earned more than 387,000 subscribers and now it’s heading straight for 450,000 and beyond! Meanwhile, his heart fluttering cover has almost hit 1 million views!

We can hardly wait to hear more of his soulful voice on his brand new YouTube channel! And if this is any indication as to what his solo debut will be like, we are going to need to prepare our hearts!
