Former FTISLAND member Choi Jonghoon has reportedly already been charged for circulating illegal photos and is expected to report to the police within this week.

Choi Jonghoon had reportedly shared illegally-taken photos of a sleeping woman in Jung Joon Young’s chatroom and has already been charged for the crime.

He was also accused of asking the police to cover up his DUI incident, which occurred 3 years ago. The chatroom consisting of Seungri and Jung Joon Young had apparently included messages talking about the DUI case of a certain celebrity that was allegedly covered up and prevented from being reported in the media. The celebrity was later revealed to by Choi Jonghoon.
