TWICE’s Jihyo Can’t Tell Siblings Chaeyeon and Chaeryeong Apart

Following Chaeyeon‘s debut with IZ*ONE last year, her little sister, Chaeryeong joined her by debuting with ITZY this year.

Due to their very similar appearance, there are many confused “victims” who have a hard time telling them apart. One of those victims is TWICE‘s Jihyo.

Recently, TWICE’s Jihyo and Jeongyeon were broadcasted on Naver’s V Live arguing over a photo of ITZY’s Chaeryeong.

On this day, Jihyo and Jeongyeon were chatting while looking at a photo of Chaeryeong. But when Jihyo heard Jeongyeon referring to the girl in the photo as Chaeryeong, she said, “No, that’s Chaeyeon.”

In response, Jeongyeon let out a laugh and said, “No, that’s Chaeryeong!” After taking another good look at the photo, Jihyo realized her mistake and apologized.

Seeing how TWICE’s Jihyo and Jeongyeon are under the same agency as ITZY’s Chaeryeong, their confusion over the siblings prove how similar they must really look.
