On February 20, BLACPINK‘s Jennie expressed her sorrow for the legend, Karl Lagerfeld‘s passing on her official Instagram account.

The post consisted of a photo of Karl Lagerfeld along with the caption, “Thank you for sharing your intelligence and generosity with the world, truly a legend. We will remember and appreciate your existence forever.”

Jennie, who has played an active role has Chanel‘s muse, took part in Chanel’s 2019 Spring/Summer Ready-To-Wear Collection as an ambassador last year.

The legendary fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld left this world on February 19. Karl Lagerfeld had pancreatic cancer which drastically worsened before his final days.
